Volunteering

As an all-volunteer organization with no paid staff, the Washington Park Conservancy can always use a few more good volunteers! Do you love the Park? Like working in the garden? Have special talents to share? Drop us a line and let’s talk!

If you love to garden, the Conservancy often plans clean-up days in the park and can always use help at the Tulip Dig and Sale. If you love the good vibes of a good party, think about helping us stage our annual fundraising event, September Splendor.

Other ideas, questions or suggestions? Please contact us and we’ll be sure to get back in touch.

UPCOMING VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY

Sunday, November 3 | 3:00 – 6:00 pm

If last year is any indication, we’re expecting nearly 1,000 participants in the Lantern Parade!  Many hands make light work and we have lots for volunteers to help us with: registration, snacks, set up and clean up, helping with lantern-making workshops.  For details, contact WPC board member Sarah Read
