Last week the wonderful folks at StantecInc marked their Community Week with a heroic clean-up project in Washington Park. More than 20 Stantec volunteers teamed up with the Washington Park Conservancy and Albany Department of Services to clear out an enormous overgrowth from the locust tree grove between the tennis courts and Lake Road.
What a wonderful example of team spirit and community commitment to historic Washington Park! Thank you for your hard work and concern for this unique public open space.
